The rules for this website and for working with SIGNALMINDS through ORENIUS.
About these terms
These terms cover this website and ORENIUS, the software SIGNALMINDS uses to deliver messaging and strategy work. By using the website or by sharing information with SIGNALMINDS for an ORENIUS engagement, you agree to them.
If you have a written agreement with SIGNALMINDS, that agreement comes first where it differs from these terms.
What the service is
ORENIUS is run by SIGNALMINDS. There is no public sign-up, and only SIGNALMINDS signs in. SIGNALMINDS reads a company’s website, files and connected accounts, and produces findings and finished documents. A SIGNALMINDS consultant reviews every output before it reaches you.
Momentum and Measurement, the later stages shown on the homepage, are not available yet.
The screens on the homepage show sample data for a fictional company. They illustrate the product and are not real results.
Your information
You keep ownership of the information you share. You promise that you have the right to share it, and the right to give SIGNALMINDS access to any account you connect.
You allow SIGNALMINDS to use that information to deliver your engagement, as the privacy policy describes. Connections are read only.
Results and documents
ORENIUS uses AI to read information and to write drafts. Drafts can contain mistakes. You are responsible for checking a document before you publish or act on it.
Documents made for you are yours to use in your business, subject to your agreement with SIGNALMINDS. SIGNALMINDS keeps its rights in ORENIUS, its methods and its software.
Using the service
Do not try to break, overload or bypass the security of the service. Do not use it to break the law or to harm others. Do not share information you have no right to share.
Third-party services you connect, such as Google, HubSpot and Salesforce, have their own terms. Your use of them follows those terms.
Warranty and liability
ORENIUS is provided as it is. SIGNALMINDS does not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, or that any result will lead to a particular business outcome.
To the extent the law allows, SIGNALMINDS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and its total liability is limited as your agreement with SIGNALMINDS says.
Ending and changes
You can stop at any time by disconnecting your accounts and asking us to delete your information. SIGNALMINDS can suspend access if these terms are broken.
If we change these terms we will update the date at the top. The governing law and courts are set in your agreement with SIGNALMINDS.
